I am a mother of 2 boys and wife to a great guy that I am totally crazy about. I live in a small suburb of Tulsa,OK. I created this blog to be a fun place to share stories and find support for all the everyday joys and sorrows of life. Everyone knows it takes a village to raise a family. I have been ridicoulsly blessed to have an awesome "tribe" of people behind me. I truely feel that our community can be a better place by having a safe, nonjudgemental place to share and give support with other women. So welcome to Erin's Mother of All Blogs. Just like my home, the doors are always open!

my "baggage"
I love to carry my emotional kickass handbag - it is silver, Gucci, quilted, and still shiny and this handbag carries my acceptance, worthiness, lightness, smartness, knowledge, and I own it!
Sheila's Spaghetti Sauce! Family Favorite. There is sooo much love in this recipe.
1lb ground chuck
1 pkg Lawry's Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning
1 lg can chopped tomatoes ( she crushes fresh tomatoes. I think she "dumbed" it down for me in college)
1 sm can tomato sauce
2 sm cans tomato paste + 2 cans water
1 clove garlic/ crushed
1tsp crused basil
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tb olive oil
Brown meat in heavy pot. Pour off grease. Add olive oil, garlic and seasoning mix. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour. Recipe doubles and doubles again and freezes extremely well. When freezing, pack containers while sauce is still warm.
Meg's Stuffed Mushrooms
2 16oz box of mushrooms
1 lb ground sausage ( you could use turkey sausage too)
8 oz cream cheese. Shane says two pkgs but honestly can't remember;)
1 bunch green onions
top with parmesean cheese.
Brown sausage;drain
Mix softened cream cheese, green onions, and sausage.
Pull the bottoms of the mushrooms off to stuff.
Top with Parmesean.
Bake at 350 until slightly browned -about 20 minutes
It makes quite a few, but they have been known to go quick:)
